App: Dirt On Tires Online (the "Game") Provider: MudGames Studio (the "we", "us", "our") Contact:mudgames.studio@gmail.com Last updated: 29.08.2026
This page explains how to request deletion of your Dirt On Tires Online
account and the data associated with it, what will be deleted, and what we
may keep for a limited time. It applies to accounts created with
Google Sign-In and to guest accounts.
Deletion is permanent. Your progress, vehicles,
in-game currency and items cannot be restored after the account is
deleted, and in-app purchases are not refunded. If you only want to start
over, see Partial data deletion below.
1. How to request deletion
Deletion requests are handled by email. There is no in-app deletion
button yet, so please follow these steps:
Open your email app and write to
mudgames.studio@gmail.com
with the subject Account deletion request.
Include the following so we can find and verify your account:
your in-game nickname;
how you sign in — Google Sign-In or guest;
for Google Sign-In: send the request from the same Google account you use in the Game;
for guest accounts: the device you play on (model and OS) and, if you know it, your Player ID.
Send the email. You will receive a confirmation reply once the
request is registered.
We may reply with additional questions if we cannot match the request
to an account. Requests we cannot verify will not be processed — this
protects your account from being deleted by someone else.
2. What happens next
Confirmation. We reply to confirm that the request
was received, normally within a few business days.
Processing. Verified requests are completed within
30 days of confirmation.
Access. Once deletion is complete you can no longer
sign in to that account. Signing in again with the same Google account
or installing the Game again as a guest creates a new, empty
account.
3. What is deleted

4. What we may keep, and for how long
Purchase and transaction records (product, transaction
token, date) — kept for as long as required by tax, accounting and
consumer-protection law, then deleted. Google Play keeps its own
records of your purchases under Google's policies.
Server and security logs that may contain your
account ID or IP address — kept for up to 90 days for
fraud prevention and troubleshooting, then automatically removed.
Anonymized statistics (for example, aggregate match
counts) that can no longer be linked to you.
Correspondence about your deletion request — kept as
proof that the request was handled.
5. Partial data deletion
If you want to keep your account but reset your data, you can request a
progress reset instead: write to the same address with the
subject Progress reset request. We will erase your gameplay data
(progress, vehicles, currency, inventory) while keeping the account so you can
continue playing from scratch. Purchases made before the reset are not
restored.
6. Good to know
Uninstalling the Game or clearing its data does not
delete your account on our servers. Guest accounts in particular remain
stored until you ask us to delete them.
Removing the Game's access in your Google account settings stops
sign-in, but does not delete data we already hold — send us a request.
Withdrawing a request: reply to our confirmation email before the
deletion is completed. After that, the data cannot be recovered.
For details on the data we collect and your rights, see the
Privacy Policy.
