These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Game. By installing or using the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Game. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, you may use the Game only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms.
You may sign in with Google or play as a guest. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Notify us at mudgames.studio@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
The Game may offer in-app purchases processed through Google Play Billing. Virtual currency and virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and are licensed, not sold, to you. Except where required by applicable law or Google Play's refund policy, all purchases are final and non-refundable. We may change the price, availability, or contents of any item at any time.
When using the Game, including multiplayer and chat, you agree not to:
We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of content you submit (such as chat messages and display names), and you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, transmit, and display that content as needed to operate the Game. You are solely responsible for the content you submit.
The Game and all related software, graphics, audio, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. Except for the license in Section 2, no rights are granted to you.
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the Game or any feature at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you for any such change or discontinuation.
You may stop using the Game at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Game. Upon termination, the license in Section 2 ends.
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Game. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
