This Privacy Policy explains what information the Game collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By installing or using the Game, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
We try to collect only what is needed to run the Game.
a) Account information. When you sign in with Google Sign-In, we receive a Google account identifier and basic profile information (such as your email address and display name) provided by Google. If you play as a guest, we generate an anonymous identifier tied to your device instead of an account.
b) Gameplay data. Your in-game progress, vehicle configuration, in-game currency balance, and similar game state are stored on our servers so you can resume play across sessions and devices.
c) Purchases. In-app purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. We receive confirmation of completed purchases (such as the product purchased and a transaction token) to grant your items. We do not receive or store your full payment card details — those are handled by Google.
d) Multiplayer and chat. When you play online, your display name and the chat messages you send are transmitted to other players in the same session and may be processed on our servers to deliver the multiplayer experience.
e) Advertising data. The Game shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect your device's advertising identifier (Advertising ID), IP address, and device/usage information to serve and measure ads. See AdMob's practices here: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
f) Technical and diagnostic data. We may collect device model, operating system version, language, crash logs, and similar technical data to operate, secure, and improve the Game.

We keep account and gameplay data for as long as your account is active. We delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed, upon account deletion, or as required by law.

Account and data deletion. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing mudgames.studio@gmail.com. We will process verified requests within a reasonable time, subject to legal retention requirements.
Advertising choices. You can reset or limit ad personalization in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads).
The Game is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us at mudgames.studio@gmail.com and we will delete it.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the updated policy.
